Customers have the right to return goods within 30 days from the date of purchase. This includes contact lenses and glasses, and no reasons need to be given for the return. To initiate the return process, customers need to fill in a returns form on the website. After the form is submitted, the Customer Service team will provide further instructions, such as the return address. The products should be sent back as soon as possible and must be properly packaged to prevent any damage during transit. The cost of return shipping is not covered by Lentiamo unless the mistake was caused by them. Once the returned order arrives at their warehouse, and if the request meets the policy, a refund will be issued, a credit will be created on the customer's Lentiamo account, or the goods will be exchanged within 14 days. The returns are accepted only after receiving a photo confirmation that the products are not damaged or unsealed. Certain products cannot be returned, such as contact lenses if the packaging is undamaged, sealed, and presents no handwritten markings on the packaging.

Customers can also choose to pick up their parcel in person. Please note that deliveries to Northern Ireland might take longer and incur additional postage fees.
